Effective from the date of purchase
At BraVo Bra Boutique, your satisfaction matters. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Please review the full policy below.
✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and odor-free
- In original condition with tags attached
- Have sanitary protection intact (when applicable)
- Swimwear and lingerie must be tried on over undergarments
- The following items cannot be returned:
- Panties, thongs, hosiery
- Body jewelry
- Swimwear without sanitary liner
- Gift cards, downloadable software, and personal care items
- Sale items are exchange only, not refundable
- Items that are worn, soiled, altered, or laundered will be rejected
💵 Fees & Shipping
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items
- Customers cover return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a BraVo error or a defective item
- Original shipping costs (including free shipping promotions) are non-refundable

💳 Refunds
- You’ll be notified once your return is received and inspected
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Shipping and restocking fees are deducted from the refund
- Please allow a few business days for your bank to process the refund
🔁 Exchanges
- We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items

🎁 Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you:
- You’ll receive a gift credit for the value
- If not marked as a gift:
- The refund goes to the original purchaser
⚠️ Important Reminders
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date
- Use a trackable shipping method for returns over $75
- Do not send returns to the manufacturer
- Sale items are final sale unless defective
