Refund policy


30-Day Return/Exchange Policy (from date on receipt)

BraVo Bra Boutique values your satisfaction.  If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange.  Returned items must be in their original condition, original packaging with tags, sanitary protection intact, and free from odor (NO EXCEPTIONS). Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear. We cannot except swimwear returns without sanitary liners. Sale items may only be exchanged. 

If 30 days have passed since your original purchase date, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

*We reserve the right to refuse return on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Unless the item has been damaged without your knowledge or is defective, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. This also applies if we have sold you the wrong size bra. If an error was made on our part, please email us with details and with a picture of the item/product at bravobraboutique@gmail.com. This will help speed up the process to replace your items. You may also return and/or exchange your item(s) to our Bravo Bra Boutique storefront at 4117 Union Road, St. Louis, MO 63129.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

How to Return Purchases

- Pack items for return in the original packaging to insure full credit for items. We ask this due to the fragility of our molded cups of bras and other lingerie items.

- Attach the provided return label that will be emailed upon request. This is not a pre-paid label and you will be responsible for the shipping cost (unless it falls under the terms stated above).  If the error was on our part, we will credit your account upon receipt.

Final Sales


Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is not free of odor, soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered cannot be taken back. As lingerie and swimwear is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. All sales are final on the following items: panties, thongs, hosiery, body jewelry at management's discretion (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Refunds and Credits

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will then also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it my take some time before your refund is officially posted and completed. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bravobraboutique@gmail.com and send your item to 4117 Union Road, St. Louis, MO 63129 US.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the person who gave you the gift had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send them a refund and he/she/they will be informed of your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4117 Union Road, St. Louis, MO 63129 US. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

*If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
