You were correctly sized and personally fitted by the owner herself. In regards to her mentioning putting the bra we sold you under an undershirt, that is false. She did not tell you that was correct thing to do. You had worn what looked to be some sort of religious garment under the bra you wore in here when trying to return. She simply asked if you were wearing the garment underneath the bra, as the mark was only on a small portion upon the entire surface area of your skin. The photos you shared with her reflected these minimal markings, similar to what may occur from a waistband or sock line, not a rash. The bra is made out of all the same material, and it is sweat-wicking, anti-microbial fabric that will stretch and conform to your personal body shape up to 3 inches. Our return/exchange policy—clearly stated in-store, during checkout, on your receipt, and on our website—follows strict health and hygiene guidelines. As such, items must be unworn, with tags intact, and free of odor, stains, or signs of wear to be eligible for return or exchange. The item you returned did not meet these conditions. We understand you later noticed the same product on sale elsewhere, but we cannot accept used merchandise in response to external pricing. As a small business, we invest in personal fittings and education at no additional cost, and we respectfully ask that this be recognized.
